Fall Turkey Chili

I'm constantly tweaking my chili recipe. This is the fall 2016 version.

1lb ground turkey
1 tetra pak containers of pinto beans
2 tbsp. ancho chili powder
1 quart beef stock
2 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp brown sugar
1 onion diced
3 celery stalks
3 carrots
1 jar of your favorite salsa (I like Trader Joe's garlic chipotle)
sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper
olive oil
