Sourdough Cinnamon Rolls

 The recipe is from "Country Roads Sourdough" but the frosting is from Chatgpt. I doubled the amount of salt in the dough and added salt to the frosting recipe. You can easily half this recipe.

200g active sourdough starter

310 grams milk or half & half

4 T unsalted butter

1 large egg (50 grams)

100 grams or 1/2 cup white sugar

650g AP flour

10 grams or 4 tsp diamond kosher salt

filling

1/2 cup unsalted butter

192 grams or 1 cup brown sugar

12 grams cinnamon, preferably Vietnamese cinnamon

frosting

4oz cream cheese

2 T unsalted butter

1 cup powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla

2 grams diamond kosher salt

1-2 T milk
