Lemon Oregano Vinaigrette

This dressing is very light and refreshing. It's great on salad, especially with feta cheese, or as a marinade.

1 tsp. garlic powder (or 1 clove fresh garlic)

1 tsp. dried oregano

1/2 tsp. sea salt

1/4 tsp. freshly cracked black pepper

1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice

1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil


Mix all the ingredients. Let sit for at least 1 hour in the fridge for the flavors to mingle.
