Tex-Mex Marinade

This is sorta like a fajita marinade. Think early 90's, Bobby Flay, semi-Mexican cuisine. I came up with this one.

Ingredients

1 lime (juiced)
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. smoked paprika
1/2 tsp. chipotle powder or 1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. kosher salt
1 tsp. cumin
5 cloves garlic (minced very finely)
1 tsp. honey

Instructions

Mix all the ingredients together.
