Red Wine Vinaigrette
I took this from the blog "cookie and kate" except that I took out the 1 tablespoon dijon mustard. This is my favorite salad dressing. It's excellent with chopped romaine, cucumbers, tomatoes and the pièce de résistance: chopped kalamata olives.
⅓ cup extra-virgin olive oil
⅓ cup red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon honey
2 cloves garlic, pressed or minced
2 teaspoons dried oregano
10 twists freshly ground black pepper
¼ teaspoon salt, more to taste

Mix everything in a jar and serve.
