Roasted Brussel Sprouts with Kung Pao Sauce
Cut off the stems and halve each brussel sprout. Mix with some kosher salt, black pepper and grapeseed oil then roast at 400 F for 10-15 minutes.
Kung Pao Sauce
2 T soy sauce
2 tsp sugar
2 tsp sesame oil
2 tsp sake
2 tsp gochujang
1 clove garlic (minced)
Cook all the ingredients except garlic in a small sauce pan until thickened. Turn off heat and add garlic. Let sit.
Drape the kung pao sauce over the cooked brussel sprouts. Garnish with sliced green onions.
