Cutter's Way (1981) review

 

I think I first heard about this on Rick Ramos' film podcast and then I saw it on a Google suggested articles. It was one of ten "underrated 1980's neo-noirs". 

When I saw that John Heard plays a Vietnam vet with an eyepatch and that the film is set in Santa Barbara I had to watch it immediately.
