Garlic Breadsticks

 I got this recipe from Joshua Weissman


6 grams yeast

240 grams water (around 95 degrees F)

450 grams bread flour

30 grams sugar

8 grams salt

3 tablespoons good extra virgin olive oil


Garlic butter:

3 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)

2 cloves garlic chopped finely


Mix and let rise for one hour. Divide into 12 pieces, about 60 grams each.

Roll into balls and then let rest 20-30 minutes.

Roll out into a breadstick shape and taper the ends slightly.

Let rise another 45 minutes then bake at 400 degrees F for about 12-14 minutes.


After removing from the oven, brush on the garlic butter and sprinkle with diamond crystal salt.
