Pomme Rosti

 3 medium size potatoes

4 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)

1 1/2 tsp diamond crystal salt


Shred potatoes. Rinse 3 times in water. Dry with towel. Add salt and butter.

Preheat oven to 375 F and preheat nonstick pan.

Cook on preheated nonstick pan for 5 minutes. Cook for 15 minutes. Flip and cook in oven 20 minutes.
