Cinnamon Pumpkin Yeast Donuts

 

I got this from "Tatyana's Everyday Food".

        770g all purpose flour

  • 1 cup whole milk (or half and half)
  • 1 tbsp dry active yeast
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/3 cup buttermelted
  • 1 cup sugar
  • tsp diamon kosher salt
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp fresh ground nutmeg
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp maple extractoptional
  • peanut oil

For Cinnamon Coating:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp fresh ground nutmeg


Leave overnight in the fridge. Fry at 350 F about 2 minutes each side.
