Spinach and Gruyere Quiche

 I got this from the blog "Sally's Baking Addiction". She doesn't give amounts for spinach and gruyere so I sorta got that from "Once Upon a Chef".

1 cup gruyere cheese

8oz frozen spinach

1/2 cup scallion
