Stir Fry Sauce
This is an updated, better version. I came up with it after some tinkering.
4 T soy sauce (lower sodium)
2 T mirin
2 T sugar
2 tsp rice vinegar
2 tsp toasted sesame oil
2 tsp gochujang
2 tsp cornstarch (dissolved in about 2 tsp water)
2 cloves garlic (finely minced)
