Cinnamon Focaccia

I got this recipe from Chatgpt, but I added butter and sugar to the dough. It's similar to a recipe by Amy Bakes Bread. This version is a halved recipe of those two.


 For the dough:

  • 250g bread flour

  • 50g active sourdough starter (at 100% hydration)

  • 175g water

  • 5g salt

  • 10g sugar

  • 20g unsalted butter

For the cinnamon swirl:

  • 35g brown sugar

  • 2.5g ground cinnamon

  • unsalted butter

  • grated nutmeg

  • orange zest
