Overnight Yeasted Waffles
Overnight Mix
- 240 g all‑purpose flour
- 160 g whole milk
- 120 g water
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp diamond kosher salt
- ½ tsp yeast
Whisk until smooth. It should look like loose pancake batter, not soup.
Cover loosely and leave at room temperature overnight (8–12 hours).
Next Morning Add‑Ins
- 2 large eggs
- 85 g butter, melted (browned if you want extra flavor)
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 Tbsp maple syrup
- 2 Tbsp cornstarch
